Ever gotten to December and felt like you haven’t come anywhere near your goals? Well that’s what I refer to as December anxiety! And checking in halfway through the year is a great way to avoid this so that’s what we’re doing on this episode.

I’m sharing some of the tips & mindsets that can help to maximise what’s left of the year. I share on some of the obstacles we encounter & how to navigate them, ways to review and assess what’s happened so far as well as how to take action & move towards what we actually want.
